HIRING PROCESS
We believe relationships are the most important driver to business success. This is key throughout all touch points in our hiring process. We will review all applications and keep you informed as quickly as possible.
After you've submitted your application, this will be reviewed by the hiring manager and you may be contacted by a member of our HR team for them to get to know you a bit better. If you're both happy, you'll be invited to attend an interview either via Teams or face-to-face at our office in Hull.
The interviews can consist of a prepared task, presentations and values-based questions. The hiring teams will support throughout and you'll have the opportunity to tell us if you require any adjustments.
