We think differently.  We make the unbelievable happen.  We are changing the future of how people buy cars.  Technology is key to the future of the business.   As we grow and look to scale in the Automotive Industry and build out our tech capability in the UK, the Application Support Analyst is part of a small team delivering a first-class support service to our existing clients.

We require an experienced software support / helpdesk Analyst with a background in supporting software applications (rather than infrastructure), who is passionate about delivering customer service to the highest standards,  ensuring all tickets entering the Service Desk are correctly triaged, resolved and/or escalated as necessary.

About the Role

The Application Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for all tickets raised to the Service Desk by clients.  You will ensure that all relevant information is provided with the ticket and provide initial triage and first-time fix where appropriate. If you are unable to resolve the issue you will ensure the ticket is escalated to the correct resolver group.

The Application Support Analyst will also be responsible for analysing the performance of the applications along with providing ad hoc and monthly reporting on Application performance. This is a challenging and rewarding role within a small support team of a growing and friendly Warwick tech team.
