£35k DOE + Benefits 

Full Time - Fixed Term Contract  


If you’re a professional Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant with experience of supporting at Director level, looking for your next contract within a dynamic and rewarding company in central London (Soho), then this could be the opportunity for you!


Initially employed on a  6-month contract, this is an integral administrative and support role for the Summit team.  You will have exposure to and be responsible for organising some of our senior leadership team, ultimately enabling them to deliver.  You’ll also be acting in an office management capacity, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and the smooth day to day running of the office, so the ability to multi-task and work on your initiative is a given.  This is certainly a varied, challenging and fast paced role within a professional, creative and friendly environment.

About You:

Having supported at Director level previously as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, you will have first class organisation, administration and co-ordination skills, gained within a professional office environment.

You will enjoy and be able to easily adapt to different personalities and working styles, being proactive, motivated and highly organised in your approach, enabling you to manage a diverse and busy workload with a calming manner.

A confident and effective communicator, proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail.
