Head of Client Delivery / Programme Management, Warwick or London base
Are you a Head of Client Delivery / Programme Management or Client Delivery Programme Manager from a professional services / consulting background who wants to make their mark within a pioneering start up environment?
Support the transformation that e-commerce is having in the automotive industry by leading the client delivery teams here at Summit, which includes a team of around 20 (Project Managers & PMO, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, SMEs, UX Analysts and QAs based between Warwick offices and London).
This is a key appointment working directly with some of our leading international Automotive clients, ultimately accountable for ensuring the successful technical programme delivery of prioritised product initiatives, alongside the CTO and third-party suppliers. Reporting into the Automotive MD, you will provide leadership and strategy together with tactically improving the delivery operating model, through effective client facing delivery management, people and departmental management.
This challenging role will be ideal for someone who can lead, inspire and manage a growing client delivery / programme function and who has a track record of delivery at pace and the ability to manage change and minimise complexity based on customer outcomes.

A strong people leader within programme management and proven experience of managing, motivating and building ways of working across technology and commercial teams. With organisation target operating model design and deployment experience key.
You will have client facing programme delivery experience gained from mid to large tier client organisations and may have operated previously within the Big Four or have Delivery Consulting house experience at Senior Manager or equivalent level.
Experienced in and understand the challenges of an agile delivery environment, through hands on practical and pragmatic delivery management experience (rather than being a methodology expert!). You’ll know all about outsourced service delivery supplier management and ultimately, you’ll thrive working in a demanding environment; bringing a high level of strategy and governance into a start-up environment supporting the company mission and team development.
