We require a Software Delivery Manager with experience of fast-paced, agile delivery in a client-facing position across large scale projects with multiple workstreams gained ideally within global companies, to lead and successfully deliver across a major client project for a global automotive distributor and retailer, which involves managing all client delivery aspects via a third-party provider.     Ideally having managed both on and off-shore teams with proven experience of rapid client delivery under tight timelines with complex stakeholder communications.    

The Automotive teams are based from central London (Soho) and Warwick, with third-party teams in Romania. We are looking for someone to be based out of our London offices and attend client sites (EU) when necessary together with frequent travel to our third-party supplier in Romania.  It's a fast and challenging project to gain exposure, working full-time on a permanent basis.

About You

As an experienced Software Delivery Manager with experience of managing and delivering global programmes, with the use of third-party providers, you will: 

  • Have proven experience of managing, motivating and building ways of working across technology and commercial teams (both on & off-shore)
  • Have full end to end software delivery within a client-facing role, to strict timelines
  • Have experience of large scale digital transformation including e-commerce solutions within global company environments
  • Have practical knowledge in Agile methodologies 
  • Be experienced with senior-level management and stakeholder management
  • Experience working with multicultural distributed teams  
  • Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building relationships across organisations and teams. 
  • Be able to commit to EU & UK travel as and when required
