Software Developer / Full Stack

Technology is key to the future of the business and as we grow and look to scale in the Automotive industry, and build out our tech capability within the UK, the Software Developer - Full Stack, will work within project teams who are building cutting edge solutions for the Automotive industry. 


We work with a number of technologies, tools and frameworks including but not limited to; JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Azure, PHP, Kibanna, Elastic Search, Rabbit MQ and others.


The role involves not only development but also supporting with architecture and technical design of the product. You will be hands-on designing and developing software components and providing technical insights. Ensuring a high level of engagement, you will be key in delivery functionality, writing unit tests and driving best practice, travelling to client sites as required.


This full-time opportunity is for Developers who have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bring a high level of strategy and governance into a start-up environment. The Automotive teams are based from central London (Soho) and Warwick, with third-party teams in Romania. We are looking for someone to be based out of our Warwick offices for the majority, with travel to our other sites in London and Romania as and when required. These are fast and challenging multi-national projects to gain exposure on, working full-time on a permanent basis.


About You

With knowledge of web applications and scaling enterprise solutions, you'll be a Senior Developer, ideally as proficient with front end as you are back end. With full stack experience and knowing at least a little bit of everything, it’ll make you capable of understanding what goes into a project and which ones of these technologies a project actually needs, which is vital here.


Analytical, logical with good problem-solving skills, adept at communicating both internally and externally, you'll likely have had experience working with third party / offshore teams in the past. Your strong stakeholder management skills will allow you to liaise with Product Owners, Business Analysts and clients to design the optimal technical solution based on business requirements.
