We require an experienced Support Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Support Services as well as significantly contributing to the growth of the department. The role is ‘hands on’ and requires somebody who can understand technical issues in addition to managing Service Desk processes. The Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring all tickets entering the service desk are triaged and allocated within agreed service levels.
